    Justin Rappuhn

    Insurance Agent

    Justin is an agent and partner at the Katerberg Rappuhn Agency, where he has been a valued member for over five years. Throughout his tenure with the agency and Farm Bureau, Justin has held a variety of roles, gaining a deep understanding of the insurance industry. In his current role, he is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the strategic planning of the agency to ensure continued growth and success. Justin and his wife Cate are both proud graduates of Michigan State University. Outside of the office, Justin and Cate enjoy spending quality time together, whether it's hiking, skiing, or boating!

    Randy Katerberg

    Insurance Agent

    Randy has been with Farm Bureau since 2007, proudly serving clients throughout West Michigan. In his current role, Randy focuses on client policy reviews, life insurance, and helping clients access a range of outstanding financial products that meet their needs. His deep industry experience, coupled with his dedication to providing exceptional service, makes him a trusted resource for clients. Before entering the insurance field, Randy worked as a life insurance agent and spent several years as a builder. Randy is married to his wife, Jessica, and together they have two children, Nick and Madison. Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, attending baseball games, and cheering on Michigan football.

    Office Manager

    Brenda is our agency manager; she helps run our day-to-day operations and ensures that we efficiently and effectively serve our client’s needs. Brenda has 25+ years of insurance experience and worked for Farm Bureau Insurance for 10+ years.

    Caleb Baur

    Insurance Advisor and Processor

    Caleb is our insurance advisor and processor. He has been with our agency since 2023 and has a broad knowledge and background in insurance. At our agency, Caleb works in new business. He writes home, auto, and umbrella policies for our customers. He also assists clients in a smooth transition over to our agency.

    Shannon Lenoir

    Customer Service & Claims Representative

    Shannon handles customer service and claims in our office, she has been with our agency since 2022 and has years of insurance experience. Her main role is to provide service to our insureds and help with customer's needs. Shannon also helps insureds navigate the claims process to ensure that all claims between the insured and the insurance company are taken care of properly and smoothly.
